My mission is to be a witness to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I accomplish this mission by being a good steward of the resources He has graciously provided me in furtherance of promoting His Kingdom. Namely, connecting people and technology in a Christ-honoring way.
My passion for Information Technology has deeply impacted my personal, professional, and academic pursuits. In my youth, I spent much of my time assisting my grandfather’s operations at his non-profit firm, Grace Mission Church. On one such occasion, I prepared Pentium II computers (similar to the picture on the right) that had been donated from other local organizations in the Chicago metropolitan area for low-income families in East Garfield Park. It required me re-formatting and “upgrading” the computers with, at the time, a fresh copy of Windows 95. The intention was to improve community computer literacy, which included additional desktop applications for educational merit. I credit these moments that have developed a strong background and interest in Information Technology.
